Douglas Flohr Bio

Prior to founding Douglas Consulting, LLC I was a Partner and Director of Development with the prestigious Los Angeles based Patina Restaurant Group.

Working with Chef and Founder Joachim Splichal it was my responsibility to develop, build, and maintain, including all remodels, the company's restaurants, bars, food service facilities, commercial catering kitchens, retail, and offices. Each project was unique - No two being the same.
